Join our Architecture team and take on meaningful project responsibilities while continuing to develop your professional skills. As an Architectural Designer, you'll contribute to projects across all phases of design and documentation, working collaboratively with architects and engineers to deliver innovative architectural solutions. This role offers the opportunity to refine your technical expertise and grow toward licensure in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
- Develop architectural design solutions and prepare detailed drawings and construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD
- Collaborate with a team of internal and external engineers to integrate building systems and resolve technical design challenges
- Participate in all project phases from concept design through construction administration
- Prepare presentations, technical reports, and documentation for client meetings and project submissions
- Conduct site visits to document existing conditions and support construction phase services
- Review shop drawings and submittals under the guidance of senior architects
- Contribute to design discussions and problem-solving sessions with project teams
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture required; degree from an NAAB-accredited program preferred. Master of Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program also preferred
- 2 - 4 years of professional architecture experience
- Actively pursuing architectural licensure or willing to begin the ARE process
- Understanding of building codes, construction documentation standards, and technical detailing
- Proficiency with REVIT, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, MS Office Suite
- Experience with multiple project types and phases of architectural service
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong commitment to accuracy and design quality
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively in team settings
