Join our established team of civil engineering professionals and advance your career in infrastructure design while leading diverse projects that range from local municipal assignments to major regional developments. As a Civil Engineer, PE, you'll apply your expertise in design while mentoring staff and taking ownership of technical deliverables. You'll lead complex civil systems projects while collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams, positioning yourself for continued professional growth and leadership opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate in delivering civil and site engineering project related design and construction plan production
- Lead and participate in the preparation of permitting and construction documentation preparation for projects
- Create and develop scopes of work and budgets for projects
- Actively lead and participate in project delivery to create an exemplary client experience
- Monitor performance indicators, budgets, schedules, and manage project risk
- Participate in strategic business planning, Development of client relationship programs, and assessment of new business opportunities
- Train, coach, and mentor junior design staff in developing and delivering design projects
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from an ABET-accredited program
- Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of employment, or eligibility for reciprocal licensure
- 4 – 10 years of related civil design experience of delivery of municipal transportation, water/wastewater, and stormwater projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and with engineering design software AutoCAD or Civil 3D required
- Adaptable and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as a proactive approach to problem solving
- Servant leader committed to fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence while developing others
