Architectural Project Manager

Lead impactful architectural projects from conception to completion as an Architectural Project Manager with our team. In this critical role, you'll orchestrate multi-disciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of complex projects on time and within budget. You'll serve as the central point of coordination between clients, design teams, contractors, and stakeholders while driving business development efforts and maintaining the highest standards of quality and client service.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary architectural projects from conceptual development through construction completion
- Ensure projects meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards throughout all phases
- Review and approve multi-disciplinary design documentation, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for client communication and issue resolution
- Identify and mitigate project risks, making informed decisions to keep projects on track
- Facilitate and lead project meetings, including design reviews, project status meetings, and contractor coordination
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program required; Master of Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program preferred.
- Registered Architect in the state of employment, or eligibility for reciprocal licensure through NCARB certification
- 10 - 15 years of professional experience as an architect
- Strong abilities in Revit, Bluebeam and MS Office Suite
- PMP, LEED or other relevant certifications are a plus
- Proven track record managing complex multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish
- Demonstrated success developing fee proposals and managing project budgets
- Extensive client-facing experience with strong relationship management skills
- Exceptional communication skills for client engagement, team leadership, and stakeholder coordination
- Highly detail-oriented with meticulous attention to project documentation and quality control
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities with capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Adaptable and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as a proactive approach to problem solving
