Join our team as an Administrative Assistant and play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly and efficiently. You'll support staff and leadership across a broad range of administrative functions, from managing travel and event coordination to preparing documents and supporting new hire onboarding. This is an ideal role for someone who is organized, resourceful, and takes pride in providing reliable support that allows the rest of the team to focus on delivering great work for our clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Assists staff with administrative tasks for project work and ensure accurate deliverables
  • Coordinate travel, catering, vehicle service, reservations and other event arrangements
  • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies to support daily operations
  • Prepare and edit documents in Microsoft Word and Excel as needed
  • Handle routine issues independently and documents actions needed
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and office orders
  • Support new hire orientation and assist with processing basic onboarding forms
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of shared work areas, including the copy room and kitchen

Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as Executive or Administrative Assistant preferred
  • Currently holds or has the ability to obtain Notary Public within 1 month of being hired
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite and/or Bluebeam
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong organizational skills
  • Adaptable and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as a proactive approach to problem solving
