More About the Program:
The Burson HK Internship Program is a paid internship, where the duration of the internship can be customized from 3 months to 12 months, part-time or full-time. During the internship, students will work closely with different levels of the client servicing team to gain experience in public relations. Every intern will be led by a mentor who gives feedback, guidance and support to ensure students make the most out of the program.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Support the scheduling and coordination of meetings and events
- Provide support for various projects as assigned by the office manager
- Support PR events organisation and coordination
- Perform other duties as needed to support the team and organisation
Experience That Contributes to Success:
- Completed 2nd year at university or above;
- Can work at least two and a half days a week for at least three months; full-time is preferred
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese);
- Ability to work both independently and as a team;
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced and result-oriented environment
- Good problem-solving and time-management skills
