Burson is looking for an Associate Director- Content for its Gurugram/Mumbai/Bangalore office. For this requirement we are looking for an individual who will be responsible for conceptualising, planning, researching, and writing long-form content such as blogs, thought leadership articles, newsletters, and white papers, among other forms of editorial content, across a variety of industrial sectors and subjects.
This person will have a position of responsibility and is expected to support the team leader in mentoring junior writers, managing critical projects & clients, and assisting in new business processes.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Understanding and Managing the Scope of Work for your projects, including ensuring that we understand the causes and effects of over- and under-servicing.
- Ensure that all activities carried out for clients are properly documented and budget and status reports are submitted.
- Oversee vendor relationships and ensure their use is monitored for profitability and efficiency.
- Oversees account administration duties such as billing and activity reports are completed correctly and on time, where required.
- Support the Digital & PR teams in providing content and strategic inputs for new business proposals as well as new campaigns for existing clients.
- Provide strategic inputs for new business proposals as well as service existing client.
- Serve as a creative voice in important client/campaign discussion, ensuring that results in a compelling Creative Platform offering myriad possibilities for a powerful and award-winning integrated campaign.
- Be a brand ambassador and help recruit top talent by knowing our capabilities and network.
- Adhere to Burson’s confidentiality and disclosure agreements and code of ethics/conduct.
Experience- 6-7 years of work experience with a brand, digital/ social/ advertising agency
- Must be informed and active follower of latest industry trends
- Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
