WHAT MAKES US BURSON

Burson is looking for an enthusiastic, proactive individual with a passion for Consumer PR and influencer marketing (particularly creative storytelling across earned and social, the influencer landscape, media relations and writing).

You would be working with a talented team across some of our prestigious client list which includes: The Coca Cola Company, Royal Caribbean and BAT to name a few.

We ae focused on delivering impact and engagement through creative, never-been-done-before, award-winning campaigns that deliver lasting results for our clients. We need administrative, junior-mid-level team support from someone who’s willing to work hard and learn a lot. While the role is part of the junior team, there’s huge potential for growth for the right person, with on-the-job training every step of the way.

YOUR ROLE AS A BURSON PERSON…

Your role will be to support the team on a range of exciting clients and campaigns.

  • An understanding of PR and influencer marketing and how both can work together within the broader communications mix
  • Knowledge of the UK media and influencer landscape
  • A passion for media relations, influencers and a desire to stay up to date on industry trends
  • Knowledge and understanding of the social media environment
  • Excellent communicator, both written and oral
  • Present campaign proposals, performance reports, and recommendations
  • Identify, vet, and recruit relevant influencers across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch).
  • Develop creative briefs and content guidelines for influencers.
  • Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring content is high-quality, on-brand, and meets campaign objectives.
  • A curious, creative thinker with lots of enthusiasm and ability to learn on the job
  • Great organisation and administrative skills
  • A positive can-do attitude and willingness to get involved and work as part of a team.

YOU’LL BRING ALONG WITH YOU…

You’ll be articulate and have bag loads of initiative, with a desire to get involved in media relations, influencer campaigns and writing. You’ll have a strong interest in both consumer and social campaigns, and a passion for media. Equally as important is an ambitious and fun spirit, finger on the pulse, coupled with a strong desire to work as part of a highly successful team.

OUR LONDON OFFICE
Burson employs over 450 people in the UK, and our stunning Southwark offices run over two floors as part of the larger WPP Campus, Rose Court. We have access to a beautiful roof terrace with panoramic views across London and a bar/restaurant area, which is a great spot for client meetings and socialising with the wider agency and other WPP OpCo’s.
