The Role

As an Associate Director, you will be a key driver of our agency's success. Leveraging your deep industry knowledge, commercial mindset, and relationship-building skills, you will help identify and secure new opportunities while shaping and executing our agency's marketing efforts.

  • Strategic Planning: Work closely with senior leadership to analyze market trends, develop growth strategies, and position the agency for success.

  • New Business Pitches & Presentations: Lead and support the creation of impactful pitch materials that showcase our expertise and value.

What You’ll Bring

  • Extensive experience in business development, client consultancy, partnership development, or a related field within a communications agency.

  • A strategic mindset with a passion for driving agency growth and impact.

  • A proven track record of identifying opportunities and securing new business.

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

  • A collaborative, team-first approach with an entrepreneurial spirit.

If you’re looking to transition from account management into a role where you can still directly impact the agency’s future we would love to hear from you.
