The Role

At Burson, we believe in the power of communication to shape culture and deliver impact. Our Consumer and Brand team is a group of 40 collaborative and creative professionals working across some of the most well-known brands in food & beverage, travel, lifestyle, and luxury.

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of some of our most exciting client partnerships. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality campaigns and helping to build strong, trusted relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

What you'll do:

  • Leading on day-to-day client relationships with professionalism, clarity, and care

  • Overseeing account delivery and supporting your team in meeting deadlines and objectives

  • Collaborating with other agencies and internal teams to ensure joined-up thinking

  • Generating creative campaign ideas, always putting earned media at the centre

  • Building relationships with journalists and media, developing strategies that land stories and engage audiences

  • Leading on influencer and talent partnerships, including contracting and delivery

  • Supporting and guiding junior team members, with a focus on learning and development

  • Managing budgets, timelines, and project resources effectively

  • Producing high-quality written materials, from briefs and decks to media materials and updates

  • Contributing to new business efforts, including identifying opportunities and supporting proposals

  • Sharing international experience and insights where relevant (global or European experience is a plus)

  • Confidence in presenting ideas and communicating clearly, both internally and externally
