More about the role:

Burson is looking for a Junior Executive- Digital for our Gurugram location. You are expected to actively be involved in the day-to-day execution of client activities under the supervision and guidance of senior team members. You will contribute to Burson’s performance by supporting the seniors in the team to manage client relationships and integrated communication (IC) programs, satisfying, and delighting clients and generating new business. You are required to support our corporate strategy and your practice or office to help ensure superior client service, a winning culture and profitability.

What you’ll do:

    • Support senior team members in understanding client goals and expectations
    • Assist in maintaining regular communication with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address inquiries.
    • Actively listen to client feedback and ensure it is communicated effectively within the team
    • Assist in the implementation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels
    • Support in the creation of campaign assets, including copywriting, ad creatives, and landing pages.
    • Provide administrative support for client accounts, including maintaining project documentation, organizing meetings, and managing timelines.
    • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviors to support campaign planning.
    • Assist in analyzing campaign data to derive actionable insights and optimize performance.
    • Support in the preparation of client-facing reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
    • Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Experience that contributes to success:

  • 6 months-1 year of work experience with a digital/ social/ advertising agency
  • Must be informed and active follower of latest social media industry and content trends
  • Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
