We´re always on the lookout for spectacular talent. Currently at Burson we are looking for a Digital Executive to join our Digital team in Madrid.

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Create, manage, monitor, and coordinate content plans for clients' social media channels, also managing social media communities.
  • Collaborate with other teams across the agency on integrated communication plans and digital strategies for current and potential clients.
  • Use digital tools and platforms to extract and analyse data from social media and websites, creating social media performance reports.
  • Ensure the quality of content (video, social, editorial, web) and the effectiveness of social media, engagement, and paid media strategies, working closely with design and edition teams to develop creative materials.

 

What will contribute to your success:

 

  • 1–2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent spoken and written Spanish and English is a must (C1-C2). 
  • Ability to turn insights and creative ideas into strategies, stories, and content that drive awareness, engagement, and advocacy.
  • Experience in managing social media accounts either in an agency or in-house (corporate communication experience is a plus).
  • Ability to work on campaigns involving content creators and digital influencers.
  • Experience in managing paid social media campaigns.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, email marketing, SEO, digital analytics, AI and design/editing tools.
  • Proactivity, solutions-orientation, and ability to thrive in cross-functional teams and dynamic environments.
