We´re always on the lookout for spectacular talent. Currently at Burson we are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our Digital team in Madrid.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute Social Media strategies, with a focus on the corporate and/or consumer environment on any platform.
- Propose Digital communication plans for clients and translate PR plans into digital actions, using the appropriate channels to position our clients.
- Create, plan, execute and optimize Paid Media campaigns on Social Networks.
- Develop digital strategies including activations with content creators or KOLs of the digital environment.
- Measure the impact of content and social media campaigns to develop plans to improve their ROI.
- Active participation in new business proposals, including the research and development of strategies and actions, and participation in the definition of budgets.
- Act as an ambassador for the agency's offering and creative capabilities, both internally and externally.
What will contribute to your success:
- 6 years of experience in strategic planning or creative strategy, working on integrated campaigns with a special focus on digital, content and earned media.
- Excellent spoken and written Spanish and English is a must (C1-C2).
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to extract insights and propose strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Experience in managing and resolving issues and crises in Social Networks.
- Ability to participate in new business proposals, develop presentations and present strategies to clients.
- Experience in planning and development of advertising campaigns on Social Networks.
- Knowledge of project management tools, digital marketing, email marketing, SEO, digital analytics, AI and design/editing tools.
- Teamwork and multitasking skills, ability to thrive in cross-functional teams and dynamic environments.
