We are looking for a flexible and highly motivated Content Producer with expertise in videography and editing to create compelling video content in collaboration with internal teams and clients. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of working independently, with small teams, or with freelancers to produce exciting audiovisual content for both traditional and digital platforms.
As part of a newly developed content and digital hub, you will manage requests and briefs from a team of over 100 people across the region, serving more than 50 clients, and coordinating with a network of freelancers and agencies. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be client-facing, managing multiple projects, tight deadlines, and providing constructive feedback when necessary.
You will also be responsible for setting up and managing our post-production pipeline and backend systems, as well as helping to build and improve our production infrastructure. Your expertise will be key in advising on how to grow and refine the department to best serve our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce, Film, and Edit: Independently handle the production, filming, and editing of content, or collaborate with a network of freelancers and suppliers based on project scale and timeline.
- Develop Storyboards: Create storyboards for various formats and platforms to align with creative concepts and client requirements.
- Collaborate with Creative & Client-Service Teams: Support and work closely with the creative team and client service team to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Lead/Participate in Brainstorms: Attend and run brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and innovative solutions for projects.
- Take Briefs and Gather Feedback: Collect briefs from clients or colleagues and incorporate feedback to refine creative outputs.
- Liaise with/Brief Suppliers: Coordinate with suppliers and brief them on project requirements to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
- Client & Pitch Presentations: Prepare and present audiovisual concepts and pitches to clients, showcasing creative solutions and project plans.
- Ensure Timely and On-Budget Delivery: Work with the client-service team to track progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Consult on Audiovisual Challenges: Provide expert advice to clients on audiovisual representation and overcome any challenges related to production.
- Manage Outsourced Projects: Oversee and manage outsourced audiovisual projects on behalf of project teams, ensuring quality and deadlines are met.
- Create and Manage Project Timelines: Develop clear project timelines, monitoring each phase of production and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coach and Train Junior Team Members: Provide coaching and training to junior team members, supporting their growth in digital and content practices.
