Regional Sales Manager

At Butternut Box, our Direct Sales team attends hundreds of events, trade shows and exhibitions to connect directly with customers and share our mission of spreading more health and happiness to dogs all over the world. As the Regional Sales Manager for London, you’ll lead a team of freelance salespeople (or Brand Ambassadors as we like to call them), helping them thrive through hands on coaching, training and motivation. You’ll take ownership of one of our busiest and most vibrant regions, driving performance and making a real impact on the lives of dogs and their owners.

In this role, you can expect to: 

  • Take ownership: Lead the London sales region with energy and dedication. This is your team to grow and nurture.
  • Inspire and coach: Mentor salespeople—many of whom are new to sales—through hands-on coaching, training, and development to achieve their full potential.
  • Build culture: Foster a strong, mission-driven culture within your team that aligns with Butternut Box’s values. Keep your team motivated and connected to our mission of making dogs’ lives better.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with other regional managers and the head of Direct Sales to align on goals and share best practices.
  • Recruit and retain: Identify, onboard and retain the best talent for your team creating a pipeline of top-performing salespeople.

👋  A bit about you:

  • Ideally you have at least a year of leadership experience - whether this is in a mentoring or line management capacity. You must be excited to help others grow and succeed and are motivated by seeing your team thrive.
  • Experience in a sales environment (we're happy to consider different industries) is a requirement
  • You must be a hard worker who will bring confidence, energy, passion and grit to this role
  • You demonstrate Dedication & Determination, Openness & Honesty, Genuine Care and a drive to Strive for Better in everything you do
  • If you're comfortable already with reporting via Looker / Google Sheets, this is a huge bonus
