This position is hybrid based, 1 day/week, in our Becker, MN office. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role. 

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Owner to drive the development and optimization of our Foodservice Rewards program. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between our RealTime Solutions development team and cross-functional stakeholders across the business.

You will be responsible for prioritizing and managing the product backlog for initiatives related to our rewards engine, contracted manufacturer integrations, and internal employee tools that support program operations and customer success. Your efforts will directly impact how operators and manufacturers engage with and benefit from our real-time rewards and rebate programs.

Your impact:

  • Own and manage the product backlog for the Foodservice Rewards program within RealTime Solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and prioritize features and technical requirements across multiple streams, including:
    • Enhancements to our real-time rewards engine
    • Support for contracted manufacturer workflows and data integrations
    • Development of internal tools used by employees to manage accounts, claims, and program performance
  • Translate complex business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
  • Work closely with developers, QA, and design to ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product review meetings.
  • Analyze user feedback and product metrics to continuously improve functionality and usability.
  • Maintain alignment between product development and business goals, ensuring timely communication of progress and trade-offs.

About you:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a B2B or enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Experience with agile software development practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand complex workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, sales, and external partners.
  • Experience in foodservice, manufacturing, supply chain, or rebate management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with real-time data systems, APIs, or incentives/rewards platforms is a bonus.
