This position is ideally hybrid based out of our office located in Downtown Chicago, IL but we are open to Remote as well. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role. 

The Associate Account Manager plays a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations across client accounts. This individual assists with both the implementation of new programs and the management of ongoing relationships by providing data analysis, project coordination, issue resolution, and high-touch customer service. As a key liaison between internal teams, clients, and distributors, the Associate AM helps drive program growth and ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication, organization, and strategic support.

Your impact:

  • Assist with onboarding and implementation of new client accounts.
  • Maintain daily communication with assigned client locations to manage requests and ensure satisfaction.
  • Generate and distribute reports using internal data systems and tools.
  • Compile customized reporting tailored to the client’s needs, including cost avoidance, price verification, credits, drop size analysis, program participation, and other key performance metrics.
  • Support any issues with FC ordering portal or third-party ordering platforms.
  • Support communication of store-level issues, resolutions, and distributor updates to the client.
  • Coordinate and organize presentation materials and reporting for business reviews.
  • Maintain updated documentation and tracking tools (e.g., menu trackers, task manager, SOPs).
  • Support assigned team members by helping pull reporting, preparing for meetings, and managing project timelines.
  • Escalate distributor performance issues and assist in developing solutions.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Microsoft Excel and reporting systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and responsive to changing business needs and client demands.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and work independently as needed.
  • Willingness to occasionally assist outside standard business hours.
