
Client Manager
Source1 is seeking to hire a new Client Manager! In this position, you will be responsible for managing new and current accounts. You will work closely with clients to add additional account revenue by adding new programs. You’ll manage accounts in conjunction with the sales team and be a key piece in a team driven culture. This position requires high energy and strong interpersonal skills, as communication within the team and with clients is crucial.

This position is based out of our Lake Worth, FL office with anticipated travel up to 25%. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.
Your impact:
- Minimum of 50 daily client outreaches (calls, emails, campaigns, etc.)
- Establish and deepen client relationships by understanding their business objectives and providing exemplary support as their primary contact within Source1
- Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with clients on updates, information, concerns, and new opportunities
- Serve as the client’s voice within Source1
- Keep organized for both the internal team, as well as the needs of the clients
- Proactively anticipate customer needs and identify any potential issues. Create recommendations and facilitate action for resolution
- Identify opportunities for potential upsell
- Organize and conduct onboarding of clients
- Work together with VP of Client Relations to build and maintain client relationships
- Keep all applicable people in the loop
- Organize, schedule, prepare and conduct business reviews on a quarterly basis
- Maintain timely follow-up for any client requests
- Log all activities, communication, and client data updated internal and external within the CRM systems and databases
- Market new programs and services to clients
- Provide frequent updates on project progress
- Must be comfortable being the point person for the client and internal departments
- Have a full understanding of Source1 interaction with Platform brands
- Work with other departments in driving additional revenue through direct manufacturer programs
- Be available to travel to visit clients face to face
- Facilitate customer portals
About you:
- 4-year Bachelors’ or Associate's degree preferred
- Hospitality experience is a plus
- Customer service and sales calling experience
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) proficiency
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with the ability to rent a car
- Salesforce or other CRM experience
- Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
- A strong sense of urgency
- Strong ability to adapt to change
