
Client Relations Coordinator
The Client Relations Coordinator plays a critical role in support by driving operational efficiency, ensuring internal readiness, and enhancing client experience. This role supports cross-functional collaboration, manages low-touch client portfolios, and helps implement scalable processes and resources that promote client engagement, satisfaction, and long-term success

This position is based out of our Waltham, MA office. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.
Your impact:
- Internal Readiness & Alignment: Coordinate internal readiness for client needs and the client management team as a whole are aligned and equipped for success, work on current documents/resources to ensure team has what’s necessary to perform the job.
- Client management: manage a low-touch account portfolio, delivering scalable communication, resources, and outreach to maintain high levels of client engagement and satisfaction.
- Client development: work on accounts to work towards elevating their involvement within Buyers Edge platform and drive further engagement
- Resource Development: Assist in maintaining client-facing materials and resources such as SOPs, resource guides for internal use as well as sell sheets/one pagers and business review & monthly call templates with the marketing team.
- Client Data Management: Track and organize key client information, including contract details, important changes and account statuses within CRM and project management systems.
- Client Health Monitoring: Monitor client activity and account health, flagging risks or engagement dips and escalating issues when needed by using AI software like Gong.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate internal meetings or briefings with relevant teams, ensuring that client context, goals, and priorities are clearly documented and shared. Along with intake of thoughts/needs from the team to be discussed.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational gaps or inefficiencies, and partner with internal teams to improve systems that support client success.
About you:
- 1+ years of experience in a client-facing or operational coordination role.
- Efficient, detail oriented, and well organized
- Strong time management skill set
- Excels in explaining complex information in ways that are easy to understand.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate in CRM/Project Management & Microsoft tools (e.g., Salesforce, Teams Planner, Ansana & Gong)
