
Category Support Manager
The Category Support Manager will support the Director of Category Management in the overall success of established categories within the Beyond Produce Division. The Category Support Manager will be responsible for directly managing one or more categories which include managing new and existing supplier relationships, identifying growth opportunities, managing product portfolios and collaborating with sales and DC teams to drive revenue.
This position is remotely based with the ability to travel up to 10% of the time. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

Fresh Alliance is an integral part of the Fresh Division as it directly works with both Fresh Concepts and Produce Alliance providing a direct sourcing and contracting resources to their end user customers.
Your impact:
- Category Development:
Identifying growth opportunities, aligning products with client needs, and ensuring the category meets the company's overall goals.
- Product Management:
Managing the product portfolio within the assigned categories
- Sourcing and Vendor Management:
Identifying, evaluating, and managing relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Working with sales, marketing, and other departments to drive revenue within Beyond Produce
- Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:
Staying up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Sales and Pricing:
Ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining gross profit margins and working with sales teams to drive sales.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strategic and analytical data to develop category plans
- Excellent communication to manage supplier and team relationships
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills to manage difficult situations
- Results orientated, ability to engage and inspire others to achieve results.
