
NetSuite Integration Technical Specialist
The NetSuite Integration Technical Specialist will be responsible for implementing, integrating, and maintaining NetSuite ERP and related financial systems. This role plays a critical part in building scalable, secure integration solutions, streamlining business processes, and supporting stakeholders across Finance and Operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NetSuite OneWorld, SuiteScript, Celigo, and modern integration formats (CSV, JSON, XML), coupled with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Your impact:
Implementation & Integration
- Support implementation and integration of NetSuite ERP and connected financial systems.
- Build, test, and deploy integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Celigo, and file-based methods (CSV, JSON, XML).
- Develop and maintain SuiteScript, RESTlets, workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Ensure integrations are scalable, secure, and follow best practices.
- Provide post-go-live support including troubleshooting and system optimization.
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Finance, Operations, and business teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Ensure system configurations align with business objectives and compliance needs.
- Identify opportunities to optimize NetSuite functionality and streamline processes.
Training, Support & Documentation
- Deliver end-user training and user support for NetSuite and integrated systems.
- Create & maintain detailed documentation of integrations, workflows, and customizations.
- Support change management by communicating system changes effectively.
System Governance & Optimization
- Maintain and improve internal system controls across NetSuite and connected integrations.
- Monitor integration performance, proactively identify issues, and recommend solutions.
- Ensure compliance with IT and security standards.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on NetSuite OneWorld experience with at least 3 successful integration projects.
- Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, and data exchange formats (CSV, JSON, XML).
- Experience with integration tools such as Celigo.
- Strong knowledge of process mapping, data flows, and ERP best practices.
- Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
