Contract Analyst I

The Contract Analyst I is a role that supports the contract administration team by assisting in the renewal and tracking of supplier contracts. This position is ideal for individuals developing their skills in Excel, data analysis, and workflow coordination. With structured guidance, the Contract Analyst I performs routine contract processing tasks, maintains accuracy in reporting, and communicates updates to clients & management to ensure deadlines are met. This role lays the foundation for growth within the contract lifecycle function and contributes to the team’s overall success through dependable execution and a willingness to learn.

We value the impact and connection that comes from regular in-person collaboration. While the candidate will work from our New London, CT office, we are also accepting remote applications. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

About you:

  • 2+ years of industry experience
  • Preferably a college degree or relevant work experience
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent computer skills (with emphasis on Excel, JIRA, and SharePoint) and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Ability to meet deadlines, multitask and work independently to accomplish goals
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
