QA Engineer

Remotely based

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our restaurant technology solutions, including accounting software, payroll software, and kitchen management software. You will design and execute comprehensive testing strategies to deliver seamless experiences for restaurant operators across all digital touchpoints.

Who are we?

Back Office, a Buyers Edge Platform SaaS solution, dismantles siloed restaurant technology systems, offering Accounting & Bookkeeping, Payroll, Food Cost Management, and AP Automation as a unified tech stack. Developed by restaurant owners for restaurant owners, Back Office goes beyond traditional software; it's backed by industry experts who guide operators to make faster, more informed business decisions surrounding revenue, cost of goods, labor, and compliance. Through a combination of continued education and user-friendly software, independent, multi-location, franchise, and enterprise restaurant groups gain actionable insights into their performance, empowering them to make data-based operational decisions!

We are focused on performance, not presence. What matters is not that you are sitting in front of your computer from 9am to 5pm, but rather that you build highly effective and efficient software within agreed timelines. In practice, this might mean working extra hours some days to hit that while having other days that allow for more free time and recovery. Our goal is for Buyers Edge Platform to be a place where people are able to work in a way that is the most efficient and effective for them. This will enable us all to enjoy the solutions we build and the team we are on.

We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role
