
Salesforce Admin
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator who wants to be part of a dynamic Salesforce Support team. Our Salesforce team seeks to improve the current instance by designing and building out new features with both declarative and code-based solutions.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in declarative flow development as an Admin and has added to their knowledge with code-based experience. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and Salesforce teams to enhance automation, improve customer segmentation, and drive data-driven marketing initiatives.
This candidate also likes to work collaboratively with users and other team members to gather requirements, propose solutions and hand-off completed projects, as well as work independently to research options, create content, and conduct thorough testing.

This position is remote and based around East Coast working hours. We are unable to provide sponsorship for work authorization for this role.
Your Impact:
- Administer and support Salesforce including user setups, profile and role management, custom fields, validation rules, page layouts, advanced workflow/process builders, and custom objects.
- Document and develop project plans, requirements, and any other required technical documentation for projects and initiatives of various sizes that involve Salesforce.
- Work cross-functionally with various business teams and other stakeholders.
- Track and appropriately communicate expectations internally.
- Support and manage existing integrations, as well as support new line of business integrations, including third party systems including company ERP, CTI connectors, connected applications, etc.
- Define, model, build, and test new, modified, and custom-built functionality, workflows, etc.
- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Connect and Data Cloud integrations.
- Strong Analytical Capabilities – Data Driven decision making with strong results orientation.

About you:
Education Requirements:
- Certified Salesforce Administrator *required
- Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator *required
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline
- Data Cloud Consultant certification preferred
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator and/or Consultant certification preferred
Experience Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Proficiency in Service, Sales and Marketing Cloud
- Strong understanding of relational databases and data integration tools; capable of using ETL tools, Data Loader, and manipulating data for load in Salesforce.
- Prior experience in the design/development/implementation of CRM platforms.
- Strong Analytical Capabilities – Data Driven decision making with strong results orientation.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; strong written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of Products – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience with Heroku a plus.
- Experience working in hyper-growth and heavy acquisition type organizations strongly preferred.
- Experience with Data Cloud, Field Service, Service Cloud and Case Management a plus.
