Senior Product Designer

Remotely based

We are seeking our first dedicated product designer to shape the user experience and visual identity of our dynamic loyalty program, with a primary focu on our iOS app. This is a unique opportunity to establish the look, feel, and design language that will define how users engage with our rewards ecosystem!

Your impact:

  • Own end-to-end product design with a primary focus on our iOS app, from discovery and research through high-fidelity designs and implementation
  • Define and own the visual identity of the app—establishing a style guide that governs how the app looks, feels, and behaves
  • Create and maintain a design system with reusable components, patterns, and guidelines that ensure consistency and enable rapid iteration
  • Participate in our agile development process—working closely with the development team through sprint planning, design reviews, and implementation to ensure designs are built with high fidelity
  • Design experiences that drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention—with a clear focus on measurable business outcomes
  • Partner closely with the Product Manager to translate business goals and user insights into compelling product experiences
  • Conduct user research—including usability testing, user interviews, and analysis of behavioral analytics—to inform design decisions
  • Leverage data from our analytics platform to identify friction points, validate design hypotheses, and measure the impact of design changes
  • Collaborate with our lifecycle marketing team to ensure design coherence between in-app experiences and outbound communications
  • Help shape the broader product roadmap by identifying opportunities to improve user experience and engagement

About you:

  • 5+ years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of consumer-facing mobile apps
  • Deep experience designing for iOS, with a solid understanding of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines
  • Strong visual design skills—you have a sharp eye for typography, color, spacing, and motion, and can define a cohesive visual language
  • Experience creating and maintaining design systems or style guides
  • Deep understanding of growth metrics and user behavior—you know how design decisions impact activation, retention, and engagement
  • Strong user research skills—you’re comfortable planning and conducting usability tests, user interviews, and translating findings into actionable design improvements
  • Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills—you can clearly articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have Experience:

  • Experience designing loyalty programs, rewards experiences, or gamification systems
  • Background in fintech, payments, or card-linked offer platforms
  • Experience with motion design and micro-interactions in mobile apps
  • Experience designing for personalization or segmentation (tailoring experiences based on user behavior or preferences)
  • Understanding of lifecycle marketing and how in-product experiences connect to email/push touchpoints
