
Client Manager I
A Client Manager I will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships. This role will manage accounts in conjunction with the Sales team, as well as create reports, presentations and marketing materials, and be a key piece in a team driven culture. This position requires high energy, strong interpersonal skills, organization, and attention to detail. Additionally, we seek a great communicator who has the ability to welcome challenges, thrive in a small team environment, and who is eager to learn new skills.
We value the impact and connection that comes from regular in-person collaboration. This candidate will work from our New London, CT office. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

Your impact:
- Processing client information requests
- Performing sales analysis
- Tracking activity and opportunities in Salesforce
- Apply established procedures to routine client scenarios
- Solve standard problems independently
- Contribute to team objectives
- Build and maintain stable, trust-based relationships with internal teams and clients alike
- Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned accounts
- Escalate concerns effectively and communicate with clarity ensures timely resolution and minimizes risk to the client experience
- Work cooperatively with both colleagues and clients
- Coordinate cross-functional input for webinars and presentations
- Assist peers where needed
- Tracking and following up on client meetings
- Maintaining accurate internal documentation
- When client concerns arise, you’ll gather and analyze information to identify root causes, propose actionable solutions, and follow through with execution
- Anticipate client needs
- Suggest upselling opportunities
About you:
- Efficient, detail oriented, and well organized
- Excellent computer skills, including expertise with MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to organize and manage sales information
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Workflow status and management
- Perform initial data analyses and comparisons
- Have strong communication and relationship management skills
- Want to be part of a small team that’s motivated by helping others and serving the best interests of our customers
- Like to work hard and have a thirst for knowledge with a “do what it takes” attitude

2+ years related experience
- Food service industry experience a plus

Past experience related to customer service or project management
