Brasil Warrant LLC is seeking approval of a labor condition application for the period of December 1, 2025 to November 30, 2028 to permit employment of one H-1B worker in the classification of 23-1011. The annual salary for this position is from three hundred thousand dollars to four hundred fifty thousand dollars. The H-1B worker will be employed at our office located at 450 Park Avenue, Floor 28, New York NY 10022.

This address was an unanticipated worksite at the time of initial filing and is within the same metropolitan statistical area. The labor condition application, relating to this employee, is available for public inspection at our main office located at 450 Park Avenue, Floor 28, New York NY 10022.

This is to certify that this notice was posted electronically in accordance with 20 CFR § 655.734(a)(1)(ii)(B) on the company intranet for ten business days. 

Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the labor condition application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the labor condition application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.
