Bridgewater Recruiting Terms and Agreement

This letter constitutes my consent to the recording of any and all telephone calls or meetings between me and Bridgewater personnel made on or after the date hereof relating to my interest in Bridgewater.

For purposes hereof, "Bridgewater personnel" means any Bridgewater employee, consultant or other individual contacting me on Bridgewater's behalf in connection with my interest in Bridgewater.
