About the Total Portfolio Strategies Department and Fixed Income & Insurance Team
Total Portfolio Strategies (TPS) builds on Bridgewater’s long history of deep, strategic client partnerships, aspiring to shape the industry with innovative investment strategies that address our clients’ biggest challenges in a changing investment landscape. As a relatively new department within Bridgewater, TPS is looking to grow, evolve and scale investment teams that can move the needle for our clients and key partners.
The Fixed Income & Insurance team is one of the investment teams within the TPS department. Our vision is to develop and scale world-class fixed income strategies that are 1) differentiated, 2) reflect BW’s unique investment capabilities, and 3) meet the needs and challenges of the largest and most sophisticated fixed-income investors in the world.
About the Role
We are seeking a bright, proactive, and highly organized Management Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be a part of a small, collaborative, and growing team supporting multiple Senior members while also assisting the broader team as needed. You will regularly interact with prospects and clients, representing our team with professionalism and confidence.

You Will Drive the Following Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars for multiple senior team members, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing tasks, and resolving conflicts.
- Serve as a key point of contact for prospects and clients, representing the team and company with professionalism and poise, tracking relevant items in our CRM and maintaining a commercial calendar for upcoming engagements.
- Support team operations by organizing meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining effective communication across the organization.
- Proactively identify and solve problems, often before they arise, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities and new challenges.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring seamless itineraries and efficient use of time.
- Prepare and process expense reports and reimbursements with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Tackle a wide range of administrative and operational tasks—no job is too big or too small—to keep the team running smoothly.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in calendar management and expense processing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable interacting with clients and external stakeholders, representing the company with confidence and professionalism.
- Scrappy, resourceful, and willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done—no task is beneath you.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative, entrepreneurial team environment.
Physical Requirements
- The anticipated onsite requirement for this role is four days in our CT office Monday – Thursday. NYC residents will have the flexibility to work from our NYC office for two of those four days at a cadence set by the team. Flexibility is needed pending business need to be in either NYC or CT offices.
Compensation Band
- The expected total target compensation range (Base Salary + Target Bonus) for this position is $80,000-$100,000. The total compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of a discretionary target bonus.
