SUMMARY
The HR Administrator is responsible for supporting HR Manager by leading recruitment activities, coordinating performance management processes, and managing employee training and development programs. This role partners with business leaders to attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent while ensuring HR practices align with company policies and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Training & Development (30%)
•Coordinate the company's annual training plan based on organizational and departmental needs. Docusign Envelope ID: 9B1043BB-9F91-8E6F-80A7-2C2ED217173D
• Organize onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
• Manage internal and external training programs, including scheduling, logistics, attendance
tracking, and training records.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and post-training evaluations.
• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and employee training records.
• Support leadership development and employee career development initiatives.

2. Talent Acquisition (30%)
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening,
interviewing, offer preparation, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment
strategies.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, campus
recruiting, and recruitment agencies.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate the candidate selection process.
• Maintain recruitment records and prepare hiring reports and recruitment metrics.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment laws and company policies.

3. Performance Management (30%)
• Coordinate the annual and periodic performance review process.
• Monitor performance appraisal schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance management policies and
procedures.
• Analyze performance evaluation data and prepare management reports.
• Support the implementation of performance improvement plans (PIPs) when required.
• Assist in developing performance management tools, templates, and guidelines.
• Continuously improve the performance management process to enhance employee engagement
and organizational effectiveness.

4. HR Administration (10%)
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
• Perform other HR-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, Organizational
Development, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience
• 3–5 years of Human Resources experience, with a strong focus on recruitment,
performance management, and employee training.
• Proven experience designing, coordinating, and delivering corporate training programs.
• Experience facilitating workshops, orientation sessions, or leadership development
programs.
• Experience in a multinational or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate
effectively across all organizational levels.
• Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills, with confidence in facilitating
training sessions, workshops, and company meetings.
• Strong instructional and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
and promote active learning.
• Proficient in developing professional training materials, including PowerPoint
presentations, training manuals, SOPs, and instructional guides.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create visually
engaging, well-structured, and impactful presentations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple
HR initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with
employees and business leaders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to influence, coach, and provide constructive feedback to managers and
employees.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS/LMS
platforms such as ADP Workforce Now.

Preferred Competencies
• Passion for employee development and continuous learning.
• Strong executive presentation and storytelling skills.
• Ability to design innovative and interactive learning experiences.
• Comfortable speaking in front of large groups and senior management.
• Experience creating e-learning content and managing Learning Management Systems
(LMS).
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, but does serve as a coach and mentor for
other positions in the department.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office
equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an
employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is
largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift
files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stepstool as necessary.


TRAVEL
10-25% travel required in own insured vehicle to attend job fairs, and external recruiting events,
networking or outreach.

PAY RANGE

$72,000-$78,000
