The Digital Asset Manager will collaborate with key members of the business to create and drive the digital asset management vision and strategy for Bynder, supporting the company’s wider business objectives. 

You will partner with other leaders across various teams including marketing, sales, executive leadership, internal communications, IT, development and onboarding to organize, implement, and continuously improve the Bynder DAM Portal. 

This role will serve as the face of digital asset management (DAM), acting as a change agent and lead proponent for DAM capabilities and processes. The future-state capability will enhance content development, curation, and publishing, improve audibility and tracking, and contribute to business agility and data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the vision, organization, and continuous optimization of the Bynder DAM portal
• Partner with key business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to lead the development of the DAM vision, guiding principles, prioritized use cases/end-user experiences, requirements, and roadmap
• Roll out new features, integrations, and capabilities, driving cross-organizational adoption and engagement
• Perform asset audits, analyze performance data, and create actionable insights and reports to improve content lifecycle management
• Become the poster child for our own Bynder DAM implementation, using it as a showcase in the sales cycle for the core DAM, content operations, content experiences, AI, Analytics, and Integrations

Qualifications & experience

• 3+ years of experience managing an enterprise content management or digital asset management system for a large client or company OR in project management, technology-related implementations, and/or strategic planning roles
• Experience in taxonomy, metadata management, and content governance
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
• A big plus: Active engagement in the DAM community
