Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Applications Analyst to join our Business Applications team responsible for enhancing Bynder’s commercial business processes built on the Salesforce platform and surrounding applications. The main business processes you will focus on are Lead-to-Order, CPQ, Order-to-Cash including EPR integration, etc.

You will play both functional and technical roles in this position, independently leading cross-department projects from end to end. You will work closely with business stakeholders in the organization in order to propose optimizations, define processes, identify business requirements, validate solution design, and facilitate implementation to ensure business efficiency and user adoption.

The team has a big project coming in 2026, implementing Salesforce Revenue Cloud for re-architecturing our Salesforce landscape. During 2025, the team focuses on preparation for the big implementation as well as strategic projects for our Go-to-Market teams to deliver value continuously.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Own an entire project, and drive it from end to end.
  • Collaborate extensively with various stakeholders in the organization, including Sales/CS/Marketing/Finance/Legal/RevOps, throughout the project lifecycle; project management, expectation management, continuous communication, etc. 
  • Work with peers in the team in order to ensure health and soundness of the Salesforce landscape.
  • Take the lead in Design, Build, Test, and Rollout phases of projects you own, through effective collaboration within the team and between the teams involved.
  • Lead integration efforts to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems, such as ERP or marketing automation platforms. Bynder has an innovative SaaS landscape of 100+ apps – of which many are connected to Salesforce.
  • Define adoption approach with business leaders and operations. Collaborate on user training and provide ongoing support to maximize user adoption.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolutions.

 

What You Bring:

  • Proficiency in Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash processes, preferably in subscription-based SaaS business. Experiences on CPQ is a plus.
  • Ability to align multiple stakeholders across departments and define processes. You challenge the status quo and propose improved scalable processes and solutions.
  • Solid project management skills to manage implementation across teams (e.g. business contributors, business applications team, internal analytics team, revenue operations team..).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen, ability to understand the needs and processes, and excellent analytical skill to translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Strong technical acumen and hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration. Experiences in customization (APEX, LWC) and integrations are plus.
  • Experience in data modeling, workflows, and process automation within Salesforce.
  • Focus on data governance by proposing ways to improve data quality.
  • Experience in an agile way of working (Scrum).

  • Bachelor or Master in Business IT Management, Computer Science or similar fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis and solution design on Salesforce platform, demonstrating the ability to lead projects independently.

  • Collaborative Communicator: You are an effective communicator, adept at bridging the gap between business demands and technical constraints.
  • Solution-Oriented: You thrive on solving complex problems and delivering innovative solutions.
  • Subject Matter Expert: You have a deep understanding of CRM, CPQ, and Order-to-Cash processes as well as Salesforce technology.
  • Results-Focused: You are committed to achieving project objectives and delivering value to the organization.
  • Continuous Learner: You stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and industry trends to drive system improvements.
  • You must be fluent in English, and preferably live in or close to Amsterdam or are ready to relocate.
