Job Description
Role Overview
As a Product Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our product lifecycle processes. In this individual contributor role, you will play a critical part in improving our product team's efficiency, aligning cross-functional operations, and ensuring that product strategies are executed with precision. You will work closely with product managers, customer success, engineering, and leadership to drive operational excellence and enable data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Develop and maintain scalable processes to streamline workflows across product management, engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a central liaison between product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on priorities and goals.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in product development and launch processes, and implement solutions to improve speed and quality.
- Data Insights: Own and improve product-related analytics, metrics, and dashboards to measure product performance and drive key business decisions
- Tool Optimization: Manage and optimize the use of product tools (e.g., ProductBoard) to support the product team's needs.
- Customer Feedback Management: Design and execute feedback loops to gather customer insights, prioritize feedback, and inform product roadmaps.
- Documentation & Communication: Maintain clear documentation of processes, policies, and workflows while ensuring effective communication across teams.
Launch Execution: Scope out business needs, execute product launches and GTMs, delivering more value to users, faster.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or a related field within a SaaS environment.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent project management abilities, and a knack for process optimization.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with B2B SaaS and Agile Product Processes
- Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Productboard), data analysis software (e.g., Heap, Amplitude, Thoughtspot, Tableau) and automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Tray.io)
- Problem Solver: Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems efficiently.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a passion for driving team success.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on execution.
