In 2024, Bynder created a new Customer Advocacy function within Customer Marketing to engage our 4,000+ Bynder customers in dynamic ways to support brand recognition and revenue growth.
We are actively looking for a Customer Advocacy Intern, to join Bynder’s international marketing team, based in London, for a 6-month internship. You will be part of the global Customer Marketing Team, reporting to our Customer Advocacy Manager. You will play a vital role in supporting our Customer Marketing team by managing processes, coordinating activities, and ensuring timely delivery of critical projects that showcase the success of our customers.
What you will do:
- Provide creative and strategic support for our customer engagement programs including annual Spotlight Awards, Customer Champion Program and Bynder Connect
- Support in development of compelling customer stories that drives net new revenue and expansion revenue within customer base
- Manage email marketing campaigns that promote Customer Advocacy Initiatives
- Own and manage our G2 (global review site) ensuring consistent review growth month over month and enable the sales teams to utilise these reviews to drive more business
- Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing to design validation slides from all customer content to enable the wider business on new customer content
- Learn valuable reporting skills on revenue driven by Customer Marketing
Qualifications:
- You are currently enrolled in a university degree studying Marketing, Business or Communications in London, or Greater London
- You're available for an internship of at least six months starting February 2025
- You are fluent in English and have good communication skills
- You have great organisational skills and can drive initiatives from start to finish
- Understanding and passion for marketing and creativity
- Familiar with creative thinking and brainstorming sessions
- Curious and eager to learn
- Proactive and enthusiastic
