We are looking for our next Revenue Operations Analyst to join our dynamic Revenue Operations (RevOps) team at Bynder.

The RevOps team is responsible for aligning and optimizing commercial processes, working with people and technology to drive revenue growth across Bynder. As a key player in our RevOps function, you will be working on sales reporting and analysis, sales tooling, process creation and optimisation, and tooling enablement for the Global Sales & Customer Success Organisation. 

This is a global role reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations and working with our Sales Organisations.

What will you do:

  • Process Optimisation: Partner with Sales teams to simplify the sales process through optimization and automation. Facilitate successful implementation and adoption of new processes within the Sales organization.
  • CRM and Technology: Manage and work with Sales tooling such as Salesloft, Apollo, LeadIQ, Clari, Gong, Salesforce, Spiff and Thoughtspot. Implement processes to minimise admin time for individual contributors.
  • Revenue Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Assist in forecasting and pipeline management to ensure accurate revenue predictions. Monitor sales pipeline metrics and recommend improvements to optimize sales cycle efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Documentation & Training: Assisting in training and documenting of Sales process and tooling documentation enabling quick on-boarding of new AEs/BDRs.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Point of contact for Sales team reporting & analysis, including KPI and performance reporting on both Salesforce and Thoughtspot. You will work with Sales managers to provide data insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Sales Compensation management: Assist in commission plan design & structure for select commercial teams. Quarterly calculation of commissions using Spiff platform.

What will you bring:

  • 2+ years experience in a fast growing Saas company in SalesOps, RevOps or Commercial Operations.
  • Experience with tools including Salesforce, Thoughtspot, Salesloft, Gong, Apollo, LeadIQ, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Spiff, Clari.
  • A propensity with numbers and ability to simplify complex data into easily understood insights for our sales managers.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic approach with the ability to think critically about how to improve our commercial operations. 
  • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Process-oriented, highly organized, and skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives with autonomy and confidence.
