BYOMA is looking for a creative, highly organized, and culturally connected marketer with a passion for social media, creators, content, and community.

Reporting to the Manager, Social Media & Content, the Coordinator, Social & Influencer will support the execution of BYOMA's Social Media, Influencer & Creator, Community, and Advocacy initiatives across North America. This role will play an important part in bringing the brand to life across social platforms, creator partnerships, community programs, and consumer engagement initiatives.

Working closely with both the Manager, Social Media & Content and Manager, Influencer & Creator, this individual will support content creation, social publishing, creator partnerships, community management, reporting, gifting programs, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate is deeply connected to social media, creator culture, and emerging trends, with a strong desire to learn and grow within Consumer Engagement.

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000

 

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Support

  • Support day-to-day execution of BYOMA's social media channels across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Assist with social content calendars, publishing schedules, and content coordination.
  • Support content planning and execution across innovation launches, hero campaigns, retailer priorities, and key brand moments.
  • Monitor platform trends, emerging content formats, and social conversations to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
  • Assist with retailer social opportunities and support broader marketing initiatives across key retail partners.

Content Creation & Community Management

  • Capture, create, edit, and publish social-first content across brand channels, with a strong understanding of platform-native content and emerging social trends.
  • Support content creation during events, creator activations, community programs, retailer moments, and campaign launches.
  • Assist with development of content briefs, creator content requests, and asset organization.
  • Help identify opportunities to maximize content creation through creators, community members, and brand experiences.
  • Support day-to-day community management across social platforms, including monitoring comments, direct messages, and consumer conversations.
  • Escalate consumer feedback, questions, and emerging themes to appropriate internal teams.
  • Surface community insights and social trends that can inform future content and engagement strategies.

Influencer & Creator Support

  • Support execution of creator partnerships, ambassador programs, gifting initiatives, and advocacy efforts.
  • Conduct creator research and maintain talent pipelines across multiple tiers and categories.
  • Assist with creator outreach, relationship management, and partnership coordination.
  • Manage product gifting, sample requests, creator mailers, and program logistics.
  • Maintain creator databases, tracking documents, contracts, and program documentation.
  • Support creator participation across launches, campaigns, retailer activations, community programs, and events.

Performance & Reporting

  • Support weekly and monthly reporting across social media, creator partnerships, and consumer engagement initiatives.
  • Track engagement, community growth, creator performance, content output, and key campaign metrics.
  • Assist with development of KPI reports, recaps, and performance summaries.
  • Monitor platform, creator, and consumer trends to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Maintain reporting tools and tracking documents to support ongoing measurement and analysis.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner closely with Social Media & Content, Influencer & Creator, Events & Community, Creative, HCP, and Brand Strategy & Go-To-Market teams.
  • Support execution of integrated campaigns across social media, creator partnerships, community initiatives, and events.
  • Collaborate with Global teams and external partners as needed to support business priorities.
  • Act as a key connector across content, creators, community, and consumer engagement initiatives.

Professional Development

  • Demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and a passion for learning across social media, creator marketing, community building, and consumer engagement.
  • Stay connected to emerging platforms, creator culture, digital trends, and evolving consumer behaviors.

Competencies

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, content creation, community management, or related marketing functions.
  • Beauty, skincare, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brand experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting social media channels, creator programs, or consumer engagement initiatives.
  • Experience creating content across social platforms preferred.
  • Internship experience within beauty, consumer, lifestyle, or agency environments considered.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
  • Passion for creator culture, social media, and digital trends.
  • Experience creating, editing, and publishing social content.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data.
  • Proficiency with social content creation, editing, publishing, and reporting tools.
