About the Role:

Reporting into Director of Sales, the National Account Manager - Target is responsible for managing client relationships and drive brand growth across North America. This role will develop and implement strategies to increase sales, expand market presence, and strengthen partnerships. Consistently achieve sales targets by utilizing market insights and aligning brand strategies with company goals

The US Sales department manages all commercial activities in North America, responsible for the execution of retail strategies to deliver revenue goals for the business. The Sales department is tasked with executing commercialized actions to support brand and business objectives for growth while delivering profitability targets.

Location: New York City (on site 4 days a week) 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage key accounts, with proven experience with Specialty retailers (ULTA, Sephora) and/or Mass (Target, Shoppers Drug Mart), including driving growth across retail and digital channels
  • Develope strategies to enhance sales performance and expand market presence
  • Analyze and track key account metrics, such as weekly and monthly sales performance and annual forecasts.
  • Lead monthly sell-through presentations with Marketing in Commercial Planning meetings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on initiatives, timelines, and retailer requirements
  • Manage annual sell-in budget forecasts, adjusting quarterly as needed
  • Maintain strong knowledge of skincare industry trends and retail strategies.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals through effective management
  • Drive Account Growth: Increase brand presence and revenue across retail and digital channels.
  • Sales Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide regular reports to leadership.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, both internally and externally.
  • Budget Forecasting: Manage and adjust sales forecast

 

Requirements:

  • Sales Execution: Skilled in implementing and managing sales strategies.
  • Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain valuable key account partnerships.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of skincare trends and consumer behavior.
  • Adaptability: Quick in adjusting strategies and priorities and to overcome challenges.
  • Communication: Skilled in collaborating with team members to align and execute sales strategies.
  • Accountability: Take ownership of goals and deliverables with a high level of responsibility.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills, effectively managing both upward and downward communication.
  • Ensures alignment of team activities with the broader organizational strategy and objectives.
  • Recognizes and rewards individual and team achievements, fostering morale and motivation.
  • Provides mentorship and feedback to help team members grow professionally.
