Role overview:

BYOMA is looking for a culturally connected, relationship-driven, and creator-obsessed marketer with a passion for building communities, identifying emerging talent, and creating meaningful brand advocacy.

Reporting to the Director, Consumer Engagement, the Manager, Influencer & Creator will lead BYOMA's Influencer & Creator function across North America, developing creator strategies, ambassador programs, talent partnerships, and advocacy initiatives that strengthen cultural relevance, deepen community engagement, accelerate consumer acquisition, and drive measurable business impact.

This individual will play a critical role in shaping how creators engage with and champion the brand, building authentic relationships that drive awareness, engagement, advocacy, and growth. They will partner closely with Global Communications, Social Media & Content, Events & Community, Brand Strategy & Go-To-Market, and Commercial teams to ensure creator activity is fully integrated across campaigns, launches, community initiatives, and key business priorities.

The ideal candidate understands how community-first brands leverage creators, ambassadors, and cultural voices to build brand love, shape consumer perception, and drive business results.

Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 + bonus 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer & Creator Strategy

  • Lead BYOMA's Influencer & Creator strategy across awareness, advocacy, innovation launches, hero campaigns, retailer priorities, and key business initiatives.
  • Develop scalable creator ecosystems and ambassador programs that strengthen brand affinity, advocacy, and community participation.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage creators across multiple tiers, audiences, and communities to maximize relevance and reach.
  • Build strategies that balance cultural impact, consumer engagement, and commercial performance.
  • Partner closely with the Director, Consumer Engagement to establish annual priorities, KPIs, and growth objectives.

Talent Identification & Relationship Management

  • Identify, recruit, and cultivate relationships with creators, influencers, ambassadors, industry voices, and cultural tastemakers.
  • Build a pipeline of emerging and established creators, talent, and cultural voices aligned with BYOMA's values, audience, and growth priorities.
  • Develop long-term creator relationships that drive authentic advocacy and sustained brand engagement.
  • Manage talent negotiations, contracts, agency relationships, and partnership execution.
  • Serve as a trusted partner and key point of contact for creators and talent representatives.

Creator Campaigns & Content Integration

  • Lead creator integration across innovation launches, hero campaigns, retailer moments, events, and community initiatives.
  • Partner closely with the Social Media & Content Manager to ensure creator content is integrated into broader social and content strategies.
  • Develop creator briefs, partnership frameworks, and activation plans that drive both engagement and business impact.
  • Ensure creator activity aligns with broader campaign objectives, brand priorities, and consumer engagement strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize content creation, amplification, and advocacy through creator partnerships.

Advocacy, Seeding & Community Building

  • Lead creator seeding, gifting, sampling, and advocacy programs.
  • Develop scalable programs that encourage authentic product discovery, trial, and advocacy.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen creator participation within BYOMA's broader community ecosystem.
  • Partner with Global Communications teams to align creator outreach, advocacy efforts, and key brand moments.
  • Foster long-term relationships that strengthen community connection and brand loyalty.

Performance & Analytics

  • Establish and track KPIs across creator partnerships, ambassador programs, seeding initiatives, and advocacy efforts.
  • Monitor creator performance, engagement, reach, earned impact, content output, and business contribution.
  • Analyze program effectiveness and provide recommendations for optimization and future investment.
  • Manage influencer and creator program budgets, ensuring investments are aligned with strategic priorities, performance objectives, and business goals.
  • Translate creator insights, trends, and performance data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Support development of reporting frameworks and performance recaps across Consumer Engagement initiatives.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner closely with Social Media & Content, Events & Community, Creative, HCP, Brand Strategy & Go-To-Market, and Commercial teams to ensure integrated execution across initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Global Communications teams to align creator strategies with broader brand priorities and key moments.
  • Support creator participation across campaigns, launches, retailer activations, events, and community programs.
  • Act as a key connector between creators, content, community, and consumer engagement initiatives.

Team Leadership

  • Partner closely with the Social Media & Content Manager to ensure integrated support and prioritization of the Social & Influencer Coordinator across social media, creator partnerships, and content initiatives.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and day-to-day direction related to creator and influencer initiatives.
  • Support development of best practices, tools, and processes that strengthen operational effectiveness.
  • Foster a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and high-performing team culture.

 

Requirements: 

  • 5-7+ years of experience across influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, advocacy, or related marketing functions.
  • Beauty, skincare, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brand experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience building and scaling creator communities, ambassador programs, and advocacy initiatives.
  • Experience developing and managing creator partnerships that drive both brand and commercial results.
  • Deep experience working across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging creator platforms.
  • Experience helping scale high-growth brands through creator, influencer, and advocacy strategies.
