We are currently seeking a Speech Pathologist to service Marin and Sonoma Counties and S.F if needed. The Speech Pathologist will be responsible for the provision of rehabilitative services for speech, hearing, language, and dysphagia disorders patients consistent with By the Bay Health policies and procedures.

By the Bay Health follows all CDPH vaccine requirements for healthcare personnel.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Participate in development of the patient/family plan of care; make home visits to evaluate patient's type of speech or language disorder utilizing specialized evaluation expertise.
Test and recommend mechanisms that focus on such interventions as alternative methods of communication/speech and swallowing exercises to help with nutrition.
Develop a specialized care plan based on the evaluation and on the goals recommended by the interdisciplinary team and agreed to by the patient and attending physician.
Recommend appropriate inter and intra-agency referrals.

Education/Experience:

Master's degree in speech therapy and certified in speech pathology by the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association.
Licensed by the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Licensed by the California Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing.
Current California Driver’s License and automobile insurance that meets State of California requirements, if driving a car.

Pay Range:
$51.00 - $56.00 hourly
