
Clinical Operations Manager

The Clinical Operations Manager will be responsible for providing professional oversight of the Hospice Aide scheduling and triage departments and will focus on improving systems in Hospice Operations. This person has expertise in scheduling systems, efficient operations, and customer service.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5:00pm
Hybrid - 2 days in office required with additional days in office as needed

Larkspur and San Francisco

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Develop efficient and effective workflow scheduling to enable hospice aides to meet visit standards and expectations and achieve high patient/family/facility partner satisfaction
- Implement and maintain an effective scheduling software solution to enable effective scheduling practices
- Monitor and develop strategies to improve triage, clinical coordinator, and hospice aide productivity
- Collaborate with Director of Provider Relations to foster positive effective relationships with facility partners in relation to hospice aide and triage services
- Plan and lead monthly meetings with Clinical Team Managers to ensure consistent leadership and supervision of hospice aides across the organization
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Recruit, manage, coach, supervise and develop the Hospice Aide Scheduler team to achieve organization goals in accordance with agency policy, accreditation, and regulatory standards including but not limited to:
- Ensuring job responsibilities and expectations are clearly defined and communicated, work is assigned and distributed appropriately, staff are appropriately trained and cross-trained, and performance issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Regularly providing formal and informal feedback to staff and conduct periodic individual coaching including completing well thought out and well-documented annual performance reviews in accordance with organization policies and procedures.
- Fostering collaboration by promoting cooperative goals and building trust
- Developing staff’s skills and encouraging growth including creating an environment for people to share what they are learning
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent
- BSN, RN, or LVN with bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of two years management experience, within the past seven years
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- RN or LVN
Pay Range:
$125K - $140K annually
