This highly visible Education Department position helps ensure clinical excellence in home-based nursing practice. You will:

Define strategic learning initiatives and nursing curricula to advance nursing practice
Be part of a highly skilled interdisciplinary training team
Explore cutting edge professional development opportunities
Collaborate with nurses, leaders and community experts
Create new pathways to improve patient and employee experience

Schedule:

Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5:00pm

Hybrid - 4 days a week onsite or in the field; at least 1 day a week from home

Home Office Location:

Larkspur, CA

Training Locations:

Larkspur, Sonoma, San Francisco, San Mateo and Pleasanton; periodic travel for onsite training and skills building

Education/Experience:

ASN required, BSN preferred, MSN strongly preferred
Must have experience in Hospice, Home Health and Palliative Care, ideally with adult and pediatric patient populations
5 years of field experience, preferably in a home-based healthcare setting, providing clinical services in the areas of life-threatening and chronic illness
Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical education and coaching
2 years demonstrated knowledge of organizational effectiveness, change management and large-scale change preferred
Experience coordinating Continuing Education events in alignment with the California Board of Registered Nursing and California Department of Public Health strongly preferred
Experience curating and creating clinical education resources, including videos, tip-sheets and other materials strongly preferred

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Registered Nurse in California with current licensure to practice professional nursing within the state
Certification in wound care, hospice/palliative care or related specialty strongly preferred

Pay Range:
$56.65 - $70.90 hourly
