About The Role

The Top Secret Cleared IT Desktop Administrator serves as a dedicated, on-site resource for a specific client, embedded within their IT team while remaining under C3’s oversight. This role provides hands-on support across systems and services including Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows OS, and end-user hardware. Responsibilities include daily IT operations, user support, compliance with ISO standards, system documentation, and assisting with migrations, upgrades, and incident response - all while aligning with C3’s standards and processes.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with the administration and maintenance of a multi-site environment that includes Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Windows operating systems, hardware, software, peripherals, cloud and network-based services, telecommunications, etc.
  • Ensure all work is done in compliance with the ISO 20000 and 27000 management systems.
  • Create and maintain IT procedural and system documentation.
  • Assist with the planning, migration and integration of critical business systems and applications.
  • Support and assist in all areas of laptop and mobile device support; Microsoft O365 account maintenance; build and load Windows operating systems, removes or updates user account information, resets passwords, etc.
  • Responding to user requests, problems and concerns. Implement effective solutions and provide regular updates and feedback to users and managers regarding the status of efforts to resolve more complex problems.
  • Creation, updating and closure of IT related helpdesk tickets.
  • Create system documentation and assist in documenting changes to new and existing system processes and procedures.
  • Provide support with the creation and maintenance of Azure AD groups, Shared Mailboxes.
  • Respond to after-hours network and system outages and other emergencies.
  • Assist with hardware/software upgrades, releases and inventory management.
  • Perform special projects as assigned.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 4 years supporting corporate IT environments within a structured setting that includes formal processes, change management, and ticketing systems.
  • 4+ years as a System Administrator, with demonstrated responsibility for:
    • User account creation and management in Azure
    • Installation and configuration of workstation operating systems and application software
    • Active Directory and Dynamic Groups administration
    • Utilities management and general systems operations
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure GCC High and Office 365 is required.
  • SharePoint experience is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Dell laptops, including hardware support, imaging, staging, deployment, and managing Dell maintenance/support tickets.
  • Microsoft Intune administration and management experience.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator or equivalent technical certification.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9000, ISO 20000, and ISO 27000 standards.
  • Active Top Secret Clearance required.
