The Solutions Engineer is responsible for reviewing and implementing technology solutions in a customer-facing role. As part of the Project Engineering team, they focus on Microsoft Cloud solutions and related technologies such as Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure.  The Systems Engineer will work closely with Project Managers and senior technical resources on a project team to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Microsoft 365 and Azure, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 

What You'll Do:

  • Review and implement Microsoft 365 Azure, and 3rd party cloud solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and C3 technical standards that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Project Managers and senior technical resources to align project priorities, discuss challenges, and share best practices.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to cross-functional teams ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Contribute to the execution of project scope and objectives, providing input on technical feasibility, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related technical solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to project delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and other assigned technologies including trends and best practices, sharing insights with the Project Engineering team.
  • Support the continuous improvement of technical project management processes and methodologies, working with the members of the project engineering team.
  • Participate in project meetings, providing regular updates on technical progress and milestones.
  • Track, manage and document project deliverables, time entries, and successful completion of project tasks within agreed-upon times.

  • Demonstrated the value of practicing empathy in human interactions, including customers, co-workers, competitors, and vendors.
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in IT systems engineering with one or more of the following:
      • Microsoft 365 Messaging
      • Microsoft 365 Collaboration
      • Microsoft Azure Infrastructure
      • Microsoft 365 Security Solutions
  • Proven experience in customer-facing project delivery
  • One or more of the following certifications: 
      • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
      • Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator
      • Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate
      • Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
      • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
      • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate preferred
  • Veteran preferred

This a remote US-based position with minimal travel.
