Pay Rate: $18–$20/hour

We’re looking for an energetic and dependable retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring others, and loves helping customers feel confident and inspired. As a Lead Key Holder, you’ll play a vital role in supporting store operations, driving sales, and leading the team during manager-on-duty shifts.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences
  • Lead by example and help foster a positive, motivating team environment
  • Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Assist with merchandising and maintaining visually appealing displays
  • Help monitor inventory levels and support inventory control processes
  • Support store leadership in tracking performance goals and store metrics
  • Handle cash management responsibilities, including deposits and register accountability
  • Delegate tasks effectively and provide guidance to sales associates and fellow key holders
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Retail sales or supervisory experience preferred
  • A strong passion for fashion, styling, and customer engagement
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team
  • Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs and retail systems
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment

Physical Requirements

This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 30 lbs., and performing standard retail operational tasks in a moderate noise-level environment.
