Key Carrier – cabi Outlet

We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys building relationships, driving sales, and supporting a positive team culture. As a Key Carrier, you're an extra layer of leadership on the floor — trusted to step up as Manager on Duty, support daily operations, and set the tone for great customer experiences. It's the perfect next step for someone with retail experience who's ready to lead.

What You'll Do

Deliver the cabi Experience

  • Support and uphold cabi's core values and company creed
  • Deliver a personalized styling and service experience that builds real customer relationships
  • Actively clientele using company programs to boost loyalty and engagement
  • Own a strong presence on the sales floor — leading in sales, service, and phone orders
  • Help track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and store goals

Lead by Example

  • Promote a positive, professional environment while upholding cabi's standards
  • Support the management team in running store operations and daily tasks
  • Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned, supervising Sales Associates as needed
  • Model great customer service, teamwork, professionalism, and accountability
  • Communicate clearly and professionally at every level of the company

Keep Things Running Smoothly

  • Help merchandise product to company presentation guidelines
  • Support inventory management and shipment processing
  • Keep the store organized, clean, stocked, and running to standard
  • Help maintain store and banking records, including cash handling and deposits
  • Show up reliably, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Work independently on the floor or in the backroom as business needs shift

What You'll Bring

  • Experience as a Retail Associate, Key Holder, Supervisor, or similar role (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for personalized styling
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Comfort handling cash, banking procedures, and store assets with integrity
  • Sharp organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of related retail experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
