At cabi, we’re redefining what it means to build a fashion brand—one rooted in connection, confidence, and purpose. As a women’s retail clothing company, we don’t just design beautiful apparel; we create opportunities for women to express themselves, build community, and thrive both personally and professionally. Our culture is collaborative, entrepreneurial, and deeply people-first, and every team member plays a role in creating meaningful experiences for our Stylists and clients. If you’re energized by creativity, inspired by empowering others, and excited to contribute to a brand that blends style with substance, you’ll feel right at home here.

The Ecommerce Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operation of cabi's Shopify storefront, including product listings, site merchandising, launch execution, and site QA. This role keeps cabionline.com accurate, on-brand, and converting for Shoppers discovering and buying the collection. The Ecommerce Specialist owns the execution layer of the storefront; strategic direction on platform, merchandising priorities, and campaign calendar is set by the Director, Digital & Ecommerce.

  • Bulk Uploads: Execute bulk product uploads and updates for seasonal collections, drops, and promotions.
  • Launch Readiness: Own digital readiness for product launches, including collection setup, timing, and coordination with creative, photography, and inventory teams.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve or escalate listing and catalog issues, including missing images, incorrect variants, and broken handles.

Site Merchandising

  • Collection Merchandising: Merchandise collections and category pages based on inventory, seasonality, and marketing priorities.

Site Operations & QA

  • Site QA: Monitor site functionality and run regular QA checks for broken links, content gaps, and display issues across desktop and mobile.
  • Theme Edits: Make front-end theme edits (banners, page sections, basic layout changes) and coordinate with developers on larger fixes.
  • Site Hygiene: Maintain consistent naming conventions, accurate tagging, and clean product data.
  • Process Documentation: Document recurring processes and QA checklists so launches and site updates run consistently.

Analytics & Reporting

  • KPI Tracking: Track core ecommerce KPIs, including traffic, conversion rate, AOV, revenue per session, and cart abandonment.
  • Performance Reporting: Pull and summarize performance data from Shopify and Google Analytics for regular reporting.
  • Trend Flagging: Identify trends or issues in site performance and recommend fixes or opportunities.

 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  •  Brand & Campaign Marketing: Partner on campaign timing, promotional mechanics, and messaging so on-site execution matches the broader marketing calendar.
  • IT: Primary Marketing partner to IT on Shopify and martech integrations.
  • Creative: Coordinate on site assets, email templates, and seasonal content to keep digital execution on-brand and on-time.
  • Competitive Awareness: Monitor competitor and peer-brand storefronts for merchandising, UX, and site-experience practices; bring forward recommendations relevant to cabi.

 Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience managing a Shopify (or Shopify Plus) storefront in an operational, hands-on capacity.
  • Comfort working directly in Shopify admin: products, collections, inventory, basic theme edits.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar tools, and comfort pulling and summarizing performance data.
  • Strong attention to detail; comfortable owning accuracy across a large and changing product catalog.
  • Good project coordination skills; able to manage multiple launches and updates against a calendar.
  • Bonus: experience with fashion, apparel, or direct-sales/stylist-based retail models.
