
Electrodiagnostic (EDX) and Ultrasound Clinical Sales Manager
Position Summary:
The Electrodiagnostic (EDX) and Ultrasound Clinical Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the sales, education, and transition of customers onto Cadwell’s EDX and Ultrasound solutions. The EDX/US CSM also plays a key role in the hiring, training, and ongoing learning support of the Diagnostics field sales team. Woking with the National Sales Director, the EDX/US CSM will help define and drive business planning and sales strategy focusing on EDX products, indications, competitive landscape, and product changes. Works with cross functional teams to create support materials and resources for sales team efforts. This customer-facing role is an integral part of a national sales team, supporting and traveling throughout the USA, and requires residence in a major metropolitan area with a major airport.
Key Duties / Responsibilities:
- Become Cadwell's clinical user expert for the EDX/Ultrasound product portfolio
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals for EDX/Ultrasound products
- Participate as an EDX/Ultrasound clinical expert in a coordinated, team-selling approach along with other members of the Cadwell sales team
- Deliver high-level presentations on Cadwell’s current and future EDX/Ultrasound portfolio to Key Opinion Leaders (KOL)
- Utilize administrative tools (CRM) for opportunity management
- Develop relationships with KOLs, convert competitive accounts to Cadwell EDX/Ultrasound, and gain the support of KOL-level users to help promote Cadwell products
- Participate in EDX/Ultrasound product related trade shows, exhibitions, conventions, and courses
- Conduct field visits (e.g., ride-alongs) with Diagnostic sales team members to provide hands-on coaching, feedback, and performance assessments.
- Systematically analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and provide actionable insights.
- Provide ongoing support and education on industry changes, competition, and billing & coding
- Function as a liaison between customers and support staff in resolving problems and concerns and in maintaining continuing customer satisfaction
- Works with the National Sales Director to fill open Diagnostics sales positions
- Works with the National Sales Director to create and facilitate onboarding plans and training curriculum
- Continually build internal and external training material database for EDX/Ultrasound products
- Assist with customer in-service trainings
- Provide EDX/Ultrasound product training for internal teams
- Provide upstream marketing intelligence to the Director of Marketing
- Work with the marketing team to develop relevant downstream marketing initiatives
- Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or a medical/scientific discipline required
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in EDX/Ultrasound required
- R. NCS. T. and/or CNCT certification required
- Expert level knowledge in Cadwell EDX/Ultrasound products required
Job Knowledge / Requirements:
- Strong written and oral communication skills required, including understanding, explaining, presenting and documenting complex technical processes and issues
- Computer proficiency is essential, with working knowledge of Windows operating systems in a networked environment, and a keen grasp of IT-related networking needs, challenges, and requisite solutions
- Computer skills: MS Office and Google applications, query tools, and database systems and applications
- Accurately assess customer needs and provide consultative solutions
- Understands how and can build long-term relationships with the customers
- Interact with customers and co-workers with a professional and solutions-oriented approach
- Skilled in problem analysis and resolution to accurately assess customer needs
- Willingness to perform at all levels and assist in areas outside of core responsibilities
- Complete work both independently and as an effective member of the team, adapting to changing requirements, deadlines, and priorities as needed
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:
- Positions working with Cadwell equipment may require some reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, standing, walking, sitting, hearing, visual acuity, color vision, and 2-way written/verbal communication. More specific details may be provided as needed or requested.

- Up to 80% travel required; must be able to obtain necessary travel documents; Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy required
- Work hours outside normal business hours may be required to meet business needs

$95,000 - $110,000 USD
