Overview of the Role
- The INFRA/NCG Director is responsible for ensuring delivery of core business goals - establishing retail prominence, delivering incremental sales, and fostering trusting retailer relationships that can be leveraged in the future. In addition, this Director will work with clients & internal team members to attain any additional manufacturer KPI’s that may be added year to year.
- Fully remote but must be local to Minneapolis, MN area
- Salary range $100,000 - $110,000 based on experience, qualifications and skills
- Travel Requirements: industry shows, sales meetings, and other required events

What You’ll Do at C.A. Fortune
- Facilitation of a transparent collaborative partnership with clients & internal cross-functional team members
- People Development
- Effective at leading and coaching a team of Account Managers and Sales Support through the employee lifecycle (total 4)
- Responsible for the implementation of CAF selling techniques
- Coordinating with clients to develop and implement specific brand training – where applicable
- Frequent market interaction with team to understand the situation on the “ground” and provide active guidance/ongoing training
- Ensure team is trained on appropriate tools and technology, and that those tools and technology are being put to proper use.
- Sales Accountability
- Managing campaigns, sales initiatives, trackers
- Understanding syndicated data, using it as a tool to target issues, promote growth, and develop team members to excel in presentations
- Collaborative Leadership
- Communicating with leadership on at least a regular basis to help problem solve and ensure best practices are being shared
- Providing direction to clients on the best way to package information so that the CAF team can digest it and leverage resources to execute on it
- Being the conduit of communication for all significant information flow with supervisors and the client teams, including regular communication with the client Director or Retail
What You Should Bring to the Table
- 4+ years of post-secondary education (preferred completion of bachelor’s degree)
- 5+ years of CPG industry experience (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing people and teams
- Natural experience
- INFRA/NCG HQ experience
- Advanced communications skills, ability to clearly articulate complex concepts in a concise manner and establish rapport quickly
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A demonstrated competency in multi-tasking and problem-solving with a focus on meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Data analytics experience (preferred but not required)
- Ability to be flexible in daily routine and tackle new tasks and/or projects as they arise
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint proficiency
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
