Overview of the Role

  • The Travel Retail Merchandiser with grocery retail/ supermarket experience, will work on a team to update, and refresh store to new format based on floor plan. Communicate with managers and staff, while reporting work digitally and completing surveys. 
  • This position offers variable hours that may fluctuate based on seasonal demand and business needs. While some weeks may offer full-time hours, others—especially around holidays or slower periods—may have little to no scheduled hours
  • Location: California 
  • This position is third shift position 9pm-5:30am
  • Salary: $18/hour

 

What You’ll do at C.A. Fortune

  • Travel to various retail locations in California
  • Reset Section based on provided Schematic 
  • Work with a team to achieve our goals 
  • Utilize technology to complete work efficiently 
  • Report findings and data to management through downloaded app
  • Use power tools to assemble fixtures 
  • Attend client kick off video calls if needed

 

What You Should Bring to the Table

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience in the grocery store trade is a plus
  • Professionalism and a can do attitude
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid Driver License
  • Proof of Automobile insurance
  • Ability to bend and lift 50 pounds
  • Reliable phone (within 5 years old) service and internet service for daily communication
  • Required to drive to stores in assigned territory to complete retail task & audits at local grocery retailer
