Program Manager, Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Infrastructure Organization. This individual will be responsible for tracking and managing progress against strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution of CAIS’ top strategic priorities, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong project management skills and experience in working across multiple business functions. This role will sit within CAIS’ Corporate Strategy team, but serve the broader firm.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Program Development: Collaborates with senior leadership to design and implement strategic programs that drive business objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational feasibility.
  • Program Execution & Tracking: Oversee the execution of firmwide and infrastructure-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key milestones.
  • Project Management: Develop and maintain project plans, tracking deliverables, risks, and dependencies to ensure seamless execution.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular status updates to leadership, leveraging data-driven insights to highlight progress, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the liaison between Corporate Strategy, Finance, Legal & Compliance, and People Experience (PX) teams to facilitate effective collaboration and communication.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and drive scale across the Infrastructure Organization.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact program success, ensuring effective issue resolution.
  • Meeting & Deliverable Coordination: Facilitate cross-functional meetings with a wide range of stakeholders, and manage execution of commitments.  

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field; Relevant certification (PMP, PgMP) are a plus.
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, preferably in financial services, technology, or a related industry.
  • Servant Leader & Influential Collaborator – Adept at aligning cross-functional teams, inspiring action, and driving consensus at all levels of the organization. 
  • Strong understanding of corporate functions such as Strategy, Finance, Legal & Compliance, and Human Resources.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience in executive reporting, data analysis, and process optimization.
  • Excellent Communicator – Strong ability to articulate insights, frame compelling narratives, and present confidently to executive stakeholders.   
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, JIRA, or other.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment with a high level of autonomy and accountability.

CAIS’ compensation package includes a market competitive salary, a performance bonus, and exceptional benefits. If you are located in New York, New York, the base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $195,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
