Job Intro
We are looking for a Marketing professional and leader to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping Cake’s brand presence across markets globally.
This role will focus on amplifying the brand’s upper-funnel impact through creative and localized marketing initiatives to maximize brand influence in each markets. You will collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to strategize, develop, and execute high-impact social media initiatives that drive engagement and deliver measurable business value, including but not limited to Social Media, Video marketing, Brand, Campaign, PR and Partnership initiatives.

1.1M ~ 1.7M TWD / year
Responsibilities
- Lead cross regional social media teams - keep the team inspired and motivated.
- Resolve roadblocks, optimize workflows, and maintain quality in social media campaign execution.
- Set objectives, timelines, and strategies to align social media strategies with business goals, ensuring cross-team collaboration.
- Integrate social media strategies with product development strategies to drive traffic, engagement, revenue, and user registrations while maintaining brand professionalism.
- Lead discussions and oversee the launch of major projects, managing resource allocation and goal setting for successful delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in social media.
- 3+ years of team management experience, ideally cross-cultural or cross-regional.
- Strong leadership skills, including communication, resource allocation, and fostering creativity within the team.
- Solid experience in social media strategy planning from a brand’s perspective, with a proven track record of growing followers or driving business value significantly based on the company’s metrics.
- Strong partnership and business negotiation skills to build up impactful connections with global stakeholders, influencers, and external partners.
- Strong business acumen, understanding how social media campaigns contribute to broader marketing and revenue goals beyond content engagement.
- Proficient English communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-regional/cross-cultural teams.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in cross-regional/cross-cultural team management.
- Background and marketing experience with global SaaS products.
- Additional marketing experience (including SEO, product marketing, performance marketing, etc.)
